**Job Title: Executive - Accounts Receivable** **(Australian Bookkeeping and Admin)**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Preparing Invoices**:

- Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation before payment.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in invoice details.

2. **Following Up with Customers**:

- Communicate with customers to follow up on payments as per the agreed timeline and contractual terms.
- Identify slow-paying customers and recommend collection strategies.

3. **Reconciliation of Statements of Account (SOA)**:

- Regularly reconcile SOA with vendors to ensure accuracy.
- Address any discrepancies promptly.

**Qualification**:

- Commerce graduate (B.Com or equivalent).

**Skills Required**:

- Familiarity with fundamental accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet and word processing software.
- Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms is advantageous.
- Proficient communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years.

**Timings**:

- 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM, Monday-Friday (Saturday off)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
