**Responsibilities**:
**1) Wireless VAVs, New & Service Works**:

- Promote ZedBee’s wireless Variable Air Volume (VAV) solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify VAV retrofit opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and support during VAV installations and service works

**2) Smart AHU Automations with EC/EC+ Fans Replacement**:

- Engage with HVAC consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
- Position ZedBee’s smart Air Handling Unit (AHU) automation solutions.
- Highlight the benefits of replacing traditional fans with energy-efficient EC/EC+ fans controlled by ZedBee systems.

**3) Fitout, Retrofit & Revamp HVAC Works**:

- Work closely with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors.
- Position ZedBee’s retrofit solutions for existing HVAC systems.
- Explain how our products enhance comfort, reduce operational costs, and minimize environmental impact.

**4)** **Indoor Air Quality Monitoring & Controls**:

- Engage with facility managers, property owners, and health-conscious clients.
- Educate prospects on ZedBee’s IAQ monitoring solutions.
- Highlight how our systems ensure healthy indoor environments through real-time data and automated controls.

**5) Metering Solutions (BTU, Water & Energy Monitoring) with Billing Software**:

- Target energy managers, finance teams, and sustainability officers.
- Present ZedBee’s metering solutions for accurate energy tracking.
- Explain how our billing software streamlines cost allocation and promotes transparency.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, automation, or building technologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical understanding of HVAC systems and automation.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
