Developmental Therapist

**Availability** : Immediate/1 month

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conducting assessments to identify developmental delays or disorders
- Observing and documenting the child’s behaviors, interactions, and developmental milestones.
- Creating customized treatment plans based on the child’s unique strengths, challenges, and needs.
- Setting specific, measurable goals to target in therapy sessions, such as improving motor skills, language development, or social interaction.
- Providing therapeutic interventions such as play therapy, sensory integration therapy, speech therapy, or physical therapy.
- Using activities and exercises to target specific developmental goals (e.g., fine motor skills, communication, social behavior).
- Regularly tracking the child’s progress and adjusting the therapy plan as needed.
- Keeping detailed records of therapy sessions, progress toward goals, and any changes in the child’s development.
- Reporting progress to parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the child’s care.
- Developing strategies to manage behavioral challenges such as aggression, tantrums, or withdrawal.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
