**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Behavioral Therapist at Life Centre for Autism and Child Development, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized therapy programs to children with ASD. You will work closely with families and other professionals to implement evidence-based interventions aimed at promoting positive behavior, social skills, communication, and independence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop customized treatment plans.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency in therapy approaches.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and data collection.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and staff training sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of autism and behavioral therapy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Certification or coursework in applied behavior analysis (ABA) highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of behavior modification techniques and positive reinforcement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children and families.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
