We are seeking a female Restaurant Hostess to join our team at GNG Developers Agra. As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience during their stay. This is a full-time position located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India, and requires a junior level of experience with 1 to 3 years in hospitality.

**Qualifications And Skills**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of hotel operations and services
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Escort guests to their designated areas and provide assistance
- Provide accurate information about Restaurant facilities, services, and local attractions
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders from guests
- Ensure the cleanliness and neat presentation of common areas and dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,105.55 - ₹15,000.00 per month
