Hostess (For Microbrewery)

**Role Overview**:
As the face of the microbrewery, the **Hostess** plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable first impression for every guest. The role involves managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm while reflecting the brand’s energetic and premium vibe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage the reservation system and maintain an organized waitlist during peak hours.
- Coordinate with servers and the bar team to ensure smooth table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain an updated seating chart and ensure optimal utilization of the dining area.
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate effectively with guests.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and handle complaints courteously.
- Assist in maintaining the ambiance of the outlet (cleanliness, décor, music volume, etc.).
- Support in hosting special events, beer launches, and promotional evenings.
- Ensure brand presentation and grooming standards are consistently maintained.
- Collaborate with the FOH team to enhance the overall guest experience.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Hostess or Guest Relations Executive in a restaurant, brewery, or hotel.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.

A lively, fast-paced microbrewery atmosphere with an emphasis on guest experience, premium service, and brand representation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
