Roles and Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Designing and overseeing marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s message. Collaborating with creative teams to develop advertising, promotions, and content strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking and evaluating the performance of brand strategies and campaigns. Using metrics and feedback to make data-driven adjustments and improvements.
- Consumer Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through various channels. Ensuring that customer experiences are aligned with the brand’s values and promises.
- Brand Advocacy: Representing the brand in external communications, including media appearances, industry events, and partnerships. Advocating for the brand’s interests and values.
- Trend Watching: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Identifying new opportunities for brand innovation and adaptation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in growth management, brand strategy, or a related role.
- Strong background in user retention strategies and growth hacking techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
