**Role Overview**:
As a Brand Strategist at our agency, you’ll play a key role in shaping brand narratives, market positioning, and creative direction for multiple clients. From startups to legacy brands, you will guide the strategic foundation behind everything from brand naming and positioning to campaign messaging and visual identity briefs.

This is a client-facing role that blends creative thinking with analytical precision, and requires both big-picture vision and hands-on execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and articulate brand strategies tailored to each client’s industry, target audience, and business goals.
- Conduct and synthesize market research, brand audits, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
- Craft brand positioning statements, brand voice frameworks, customer personas, and messaging architecture.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Lead or support the development of branding presentations, creative briefs, pitch decks, and campaign strategies.
- Attend client meetings to present ideas, gather feedback, and build trusted strategic relationships.
- Manage timelines and priorities across multiple brand strategy projects simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of proven experience in brand strategy, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong portfolio or case studies showing your contribution to successful brand strategy projects.
- Excellent storytelling and written communication skills — ability to simplify complex ideas into clear narratives.
- Deep understanding of branding principles, customer segmentation, and positioning frameworks.
- Confidence in client-facing interactions and presenting to stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client accounts in parallel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
