**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Journal, Payment, Receipt, etc.) in Tally or ERP system
- Maintain records of all financial transactions
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely payments and collections
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Prepare GST returns, TDS filing, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books
- Maintain stock accounting and coordinate with inventory teams
- Support in internal and statutory audits
- Coordinate with CA firm and tax consultants for filings and compliance
- Generate and analyze financial reports as required by management

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing company
- Proficient in **Tally ERP / SAP / any accounting software**:

- Good knowledge of **GST, TDS, and other tax regulations**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of cost accounting and inventory valuation

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in handling **factory accounts and raw material costing**:

- Knowledge of **MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)**:

- Familiar with **E-way bills, E-invoicing, and compliance portals**:

- **Important key skills for accounts**:

- 1. **Accounting & Financial Knowledge**:

- **Tally / ERP software ka knowledge** (Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle etc.)

2. **Taxation Knowledge**
- **GST (Goods & Services Tax)**: Filing of GSTR-1, 3B, annual return, input credit, reconciliation
- **TDS/TCS**: Deduction, return filing, compliance
- **Income Tax basics** related to business
- **E-way bill system** understanding

3. **Audit & Compliance**
- **Internal Audit coordination**:

- Statutory audit support
- Compliance with **Companies Act**, **Factory Act** (basic understanding)

4. **Payroll & Statutory Compliance**
- **ESIC, PF, PT** handling

5. **MIS & Reporting**
- Daily/Monthly **MIS reports** for management
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- **Variance Analysis** (Budget vs Actual)

6. **Banking & Finance**
- Bank reconciliation (BRS)
- LC/BG (Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantee) handling
- Cash flow management

7. **Soft Skills**
- Strong **Excel skills** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Good **communication skills**:

- Problem-solving & attention to detail
- **Finalization of accounts** (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trial Balance)
- **Ledger maintenance**, journal entries, reconciliation
- **Inventory accounting** (Raw Material, WIP, Finished Goods)
- **Cost accounting** - cost centers, overhead allocation, product costing
