**Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze resumes to identify top talent for our clients.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings.
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative recruitment strategies and improve the overall recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment efforts.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and a desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month
