**1. Research & Strategy**:

○ Use insights to develop fresh ideas for jewelry programs or collections.

○ Create strategies that differentiate the company’s products and deliver win-win value for retailers.

**2. Develop Jewelry Programs**:
○ Design jewelry programs or collections that meet retailer and consumer needs.

○ Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to bring these programs to life.

○ Ensure all programs are on budget, on schedule, visually stunning, and meet sales goals.

**3. Oversee Product Data**:
○ Work with the data team to ensure all jewelry information (e.g., pricing, visuals, specs, descriptions, etc.) is accurate, meets company standards, and is ready for publication.

**4. Build Team, Lead, Manage, and Keep Accountable**:
○ Build and manage external contractors and internal teams to ensure all work meets expectations, is high-quality, and delivered on time.

○ Act as a leader, keeping everyone aligned and accountable for achieving merchandising goals.

**5. Improve Processes**:
○ Create and maintain smooth workflows for merchandising and program development.

○ Continuously seek ways to streamline processes, save time, and reduce mistakes.

Requirements: -Bachelor degree or equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience in the jewelry industry with a proven track record in merchandising or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of jewelry trends, materials, pricing, and production processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. You should be clear, concise, and articulate.
- Attention to detail to ensure product data is accurate and managed to the highest standards.
- Willingness to travel as needed to build and manage external contracted teams, attend trade shows for research and inspiration, and work with vendors domestically and internationally.
- A valid U.S. visa is preferred but not required.
