**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for logistics roles, from job posting to offer stage.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent with logistics expertise.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs specific to the logistics industry and tailor job descriptions accordingly.
- Stay updated on logistics industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment efforts.

**Qualifications**
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, with a strong focus on logistics or transportation industry roles.
- In-depth understanding of logistics operations, including OTR and Drayage positions, and the specific recruitment challenges in the logistics sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with logistics professionals and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems, specifically for logistics roles.
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in logistics compliance and role requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
