- Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment.
- Creating and Posting Jobs for different Profiles on portals.
- Screening CVs of IT profiles.
- Scheduling Onsite and Video Conference Interviews.
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
- Assisting recruitment team in Hiring Process.
- Run background checks on potential Hires.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
- 6 months to 2 Years of experience
- Computer proficiency.
- Technically proficient in understanding and communicating IT job requirements.
- Excellent communication and creativity skills.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and software.
- Basic knowledge of Recruiting techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
