The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and executing accounting operations at the corporate office of House of Candy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate, process, and manage invoices for clients and customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all billing data is accurate and up-to-date, reflecting the correct amounts for goods or services provided.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
- Process payments received from clients, ensuring they are correctly applied to their respective accounts.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Ensure that all billing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to billing activities for management review.
- Handle inquiries from clients regarding invoices, payments, and account status

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with experience in a CA Firm.**:

- **Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.**:
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Tally, GST and other tax regulations applicable to billing.
