Salary 6000 BASE + 3% sales commission + OVERALL TURNOVER 3% total amounting lum sum good salary per month for first 3 months and increase in salary after 3 months

**Responsibilities**:

- **Profile Creation**: Develop and maintain a compelling and professional company profile on various bidding portals.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
- **Bid Management**: Prepare and submit persuasive proposals and bids to potential clients, ensuring they align with the client's requirements and showcase the company's capabilities.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with clients to understand their needs, address queries, and build strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction.
- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from the bidding phase to project execution.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, bids submitted, and contracts negotiated.

**Qualifications: BA, BBA, MBA, B.E., BSc, B.Arch at least**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in project bidding and business development within the IT industry.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of bidding portals and their processes.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into compelling proposals.
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹6,086.00 - ₹24,775.66 per month
