**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the design and development teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.

Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and refine designs.

Analyze and understand user needs and behaviors to create effective design solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.

Contribute to design brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.

Ensure consistency of design elements and maintain a user-centered approach across all projects.

Participate in reviews and offer constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the design.

**Qualifications**:
Experience in UI/UX design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar.

Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.

A passion for user-centered design and a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A quick learner with a growth mindset and a willingness to explore new design methodologies.

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience with user testing, wireframing, and prototyping tools.

Familiarity with design systems and responsive design principles.

Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
