**Summary of Functions**:
The overall objective of the position is to support the development and growth of RISEKIDS Center and to drive aggressively - student enrolment by leveraging local knowledge and relationships.

**Duties, Responsibilities & KRAs**
- To understand the educational vision and philosophy of RISEKIDS.
- To supervise the smooth and safe operations of the learning center.
- To plan and implement marketing plans for driving Enrollments through generating customer walk ins and conversions.
- To ensure all relevant and effective communication with parents at appropriate times.
- To prepare and maintain the admission and related forms; school calendar, diary and related administration documents.
- To ensure adherence to all policies, systems and processes for its smooth and effective operations.
- To ensure regular inventory of all resources and their maintenance.
