About Tribhuvan College:Tribhuvan College is a reputed institution committed to academic excellence and holistic student development. As part of our growing outreach and admissions team, we are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Admission Counselor to help us connect with prospective students and guide them toward a successful academic journey. Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through multiple sources such as school database collection, outreach visits, seminars, and workshops.
Make outbound calls including cold calls, follow-ups on outreach event data, and school leads. Counsel prospective students and their parents regarding college programs, admission process, and career paths. Convert leads into confirmed admissions by building trust and providing accurate information.
Consistently achieve individual and team admission targets. Handle and mentor a team of telecallers to ensure productivity and lead follow-up efficiency. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with outreach and marketing teams to support campaigns and school connect initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).3–5 years of experience in admissions counseling or education sales. Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Team leadership experience is a must. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving admission targets. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer tools (MS Office).
