**Requirements**:*
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an international process (US, UK, Australia).
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:*
- Experience in US sales, customer service, retentions, collections, or medical billing.
