**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to join our real estate team. The Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. They will play a crucial role in identifying compliance risks, implementing compliance procedures, and educating employees on compliance matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Regulatory Compliance**: Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the real estate industry, including but not limited to property laws, land use regulations, environmental regulations, fair housing laws, and anti-money laundering regulations.
- **Policy Development**: Develop and update internal compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, industry best practices, and organizational requirements.
- **Risk Assessment**: Conduct regular assessments to identify potential compliance risks and vulnerabilities within the organization's operations, transactions, and processes. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- **Training and Education**: Provide compliance training and educational programs to employees at all levels of the organization to promote awareness and understanding of compliance requirements and expectations.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**: Establish monitoring mechanisms to track compliance with policies and procedures. Prepare and submit regular reports on compliance activities, findings, and recommendations to senior management and regulatory authorities as required.
- **Investigations and Remediation**: Investigate instances of non-compliance, internal complaints, or allegations of misconduct. Develop and implement corrective actions and remediation plans to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.
- **External Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, external auditors, and legal counsel regarding compliance matters. Coordinate and facilitate regulatory inspections, audits, and inquiries as needed.
- **Documentation and Recordkeeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, including policies, training materials, audit reports, and compliance-related communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in compliance or a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role within the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex legal and regulatory requirements and their implications for the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs and initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in all compliance-related activities.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and organizational priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and compliance management software.

**Salary**: ₹10,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
