The ideal candidate should be well-versed in social compliance, labor laws, and payroll management, with excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in the textile sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry standards.
Lead and manage social compliance audits and follow-up actions.
Maintain and monitor employee records, policies, and payroll systems.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for textile-specific roles.
Conduct training, workshops, and performance appraisals to support employee development.
Serve as a liaison between management and employees to promote a positive work environment. Support strategic HR initiatives in line with business goals and company culture.
Requirements: 712 years of HR experience, preferably in home/textile manufacturing.
Strong understanding of HR compliance and social audit standards.
