**Role of Admin Officer**: The Admin Officer is a full-time position need to travel from Trust office to Head Office. The Admin Officer will support the work of Varshini Illam Trust management, perform a full range of administrative duties and manage their queries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organizing administrative and logístical aspects of office activities and events, including workshops and meetings.
- Manage and monitor the availability of accessories, equipment, stationery, office supplies, office stock and place orders as required.
- Updating policies and procedures as required.
- Ensure that operational services and contracts are maintained and renewed accordingly
- Maintain the organizations’ filing system for Admin documentation and ensure contracts.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
- Ensure that relevant data regarding admin are kept confidential and only communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and organise financial documents, assist in bill management and external audit compliance
- Support payroll processing including file and record keeping
- Develop and maintain electronic and manual filling systems and procedures
- Draft routine correspondence, manage office inventory, and access cards related to office facilities
- Other additional administration, finance and communications tasks, as requested

**Requirements and skills**:

- University degree in administration, project management, human resources, finances, or related field.
- Should know the Tally (most prefereble)
- At least one to two years of experience in management, Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and persuasion skills
- Strong ability to work independently, including the ability to multitask, prioritize competing tasks, and manage time effectively
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work in a stressful setting and adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid knowledge of office procedures

**Note**: Two-wheeler is most preferable with a valid license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
