**Quality Assurance**:Oversee the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with established cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services.

**Inventory Management**:Manage and control the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely replenishment of housekeeping supplies.

**Scheduling and Planning**:Develop and implement efficient housekeeping schedules to meet operational requirements.
Plan and coordinate deep cleaning and maintenance schedules for guest rooms and public areas.

**Safety and Compliance**:Ensure that all housekeeping activities comply with safety and sanitation standards.
Conduct regular training sessions on safety procedures and protocols.

**Reporting**:Prepare regular reports on housekeeping activities, including occupancy rates, staff productivity, and any relevant issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Executive or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
- Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in housekeeping management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
