Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Attendant located in Pune. The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas. Daily tasks include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring all amenities are in place. Additional duties involve handling laundry services, reporting maintenance issues, and providing excellent customer service to guests.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Laundry and Organization Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to follow Training protocols and company policies
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
