**Specialized in Air-conditioning Store & Purchase Dept.**

**Educational Qualification and Experience**:

- Graduation/ Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Non Engineers with relevant experience may also be considered)
- Should possess minimum of 3 years experience in Material Management (procurement and stores).
- Air conditioning Industry experience is mandatory.
- Should possess strong store Management & negotiation skills.
- Computer Knowledge with related software.

**Salary Package: 2 - 3 Lacs/ annum**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Store Management of Air Conditioners and its related products.
- All Functions related to Logistic Activities.
- Inward and outward controlling of material on daily basis with close monitoring.
- Coordination with parties in case material received short, excess and or damaged.
- Keep track of slow moving /non-moving stock and manage the same appropriately.
- Other tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Supply of procured material to client sites.
- Maintain stock register & record the goods order and received.
- Timely and cost effective procurement of capital items/ spares/ consumables and services
- Floating RFQs and comparing the quotations on techno-commercial basis
- Evaluating vendor performance on quality, delivery, technical assistance, after-sales services, and compliance of safety norms so on.
- Coordinating cross-functionally for on-time delivery and resolution of any urgency.
- Reducing overall supply chain cost by developing substitute of OEM vendors, indigenous development of materials and alternative vendor development.
- Maintenance of supplier data by Preparation of monthly MIS reports.
- Daily reports submission.

Pay: ₹11,184.72 - ₹25,969.24 per month
