**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**:

- **Experience in selling biological products such as animal feed additives, bio or chemical solutions for waste water Treatment, aquaculture, bulk strains of bacteria etc in international markets.**:

- **Knowledge of regulatory compliance, export documentation and compliance preferred**:

- **Exposure to freight and customs, handling logistics will be an added advantage**:

- **Identify target markets and potential customers across the globe**:

- **Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners globally.**:

- **Establish new business relationships with aquaculture farms, animal feed manufacturers, waste management organizations, and related stakeholders.**:

- **Act as the primary point of contact for international clients and provide timely solutions to inquiries.**:

- **Product Promotion & Sales Negotiations**:

- **Promote the company’s products and services to potential customers.**:

- **Conduct presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and competitive edge of the company’s solutions.**:

- **Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.**:

- **Market Expansion & Business Development**:

- **Identify and develop new markets and opportunities for growth in the business**:

- **Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and expand market reach.**:

- **Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and market demands.**:

- **Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking**:

- **Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management on market trends, sales performance, and opportunities.**:

- **Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.**:

- **Customer Support & After-Sales Services**:

- **Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring satisfaction through excellent service and effective problem-solving.**:

- **Collaborate with the customer support team to address client issues, product-related concerns, and post-sales activities.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
