**Job Description: Social Media Executive intern**

**Location**: Andheri (Mumbai)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Management**:
○ Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and reels.

○ Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and identity.
- **Social Media Strategy**:
○ Assist in creating and implementing social media strategies to achieve business goals.

○ Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- **Platform Management**:
○ Manage social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

○ Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- **Engagement and Community Building**:
○ Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster engagement.

○ Build and nurture online communities by actively interacting with followers.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
○ Track and analyze the performance of campaigns and posts using analytics tools.

○ Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- **Collaboration**:
○ Work with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach.
- **Trend Awareness**:
○ Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

○ Experiment with new content formats and platform features.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva or equivalent design tools.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in paid social media advertising.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
