We are seeking a talented and creative UX-UI/Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct user research and testing to ensure that designs meet user needs and usability standards
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs and provide feedback on user experience
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Utilize graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, and Framer to create visually appealing designs.
- Create logos and other branding materials as part of the design process.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or a related field
- 1-2 years of graphic /UX-UI design experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and Framer
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Portfolio of previous work demonstrating strong visual design and user interface skills
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

**Additional Requirements**
- This role requires working from the office.
- Preferably have an understanding of the trends in Healthcare and a deep understanding of healthcare user needs and expectations.

**Graphic Designer**

**Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore**

**Type: Full-Time, Mandatory Work from Office**

**Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills.**

**Probation Period: First 3 months**
