**Job Title: Accounts Associate**

**Location: Sheshadripuram**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Reports To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Manage accounts payable and receivable processes**
- **Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and journal entries**
- **Reconcile bank statements and monitor company transactions**
- **Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings**
- **Maintain accurate and timely records of invoices and payments**
- **Support preparation of financial statements and reports**
- **Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with filing returns**
- **Coordinate with auditors during audits**
- **Manage petty cash and process employee expense reimbursements**
- **Contribute to implementing and improving internal financial controls**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field**
- **1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance**
- **Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices**
- **Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP is a plus**
- **Proficiency in Kannada and English (spoken and written) - mandatory**
- **Excellent attention to detail and accuracy**
- **Strong organizational and time-management skills**
- **Ability to work both independently and in a team environment**

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Experience with GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance**
- **Familiarity with Tally Prime or cloud-based accounting tools**
- **Basic knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance**
- **Working Conditions**
- **Office-based role**
- **Standard business hours (Monday-Saturday) with flexibility during closings or audits**

- **Commensurate with experience and industry standards**
