**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and reviewing RFQ, managing quotes for all Insurance Products.
- Understanding the requirement of client from Client servicing / sales team
- Preparing comparative of quotes for different insurers and covers.
- Finalizing the quotation after discussion with Client servicing / sales team by coordinating with insurers
- Maintaining good working relationship with insurers
- Preparing Gap Analysis for the New Customers based on existing policies procured by them i.e. examining existing insurance covers and evaluating the risks not covered or required to be omitted for prudential reasons or any other deficiency like inadequacy of sum assured.
- Preparation and submission of Audit Report on Existing policies pinpointing weaknesses in existing policies/coverages.
- Reverting to clients on all queries concerning quotations by coordinating with insurance companies wherever required.
- Checking the actual policy received with the terms of placing the business and getting corrections made if any.
- Keeping track of the market /competition to know the insurers offering most aggressive rates and best terms.
- Developing and /or securing various underwriting calculators which help underwriting department or marketing employees to calculate the premium with ease.
- Conducting regular training/creating training modules for team members on various Insurance Products.

**Desired Skills**:

- Excellent Communication skills in English.
- 2-5 years of experience in underwriting for Corporate Insurance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Being a licentiate/associate in Insurance will be added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
