**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1) Managing the underwriting team deliverables

2) Managing departmental TAT, distribution, consultants, new resource on boarding

3) Spearheading projects & taking initiatives to improve term performance parameters like throughput, tat, quality etc.

4) Driving team members to meet the functional objectives

5) Manage underwriting related TEBT & systems testing as would be required for the role.

**Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate**

**Work Experience** - 8-10 years of total work experience preferably in Underwriting process & Life Asia system knowledge.

**Required Skills**: Team leading skills, Coaching and Mentoring skills, Proficiency in data management and presentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
