- Use market intelligence to adapt underwriting strategies and maintain competitiveness.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits of underwriting practices to maintain the highest levels of accuracy and integrity.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed reports on underwriting activities, risk assessments, and financial performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field. A professional certification in underwriting (e.g., CII, CPCU) is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of experience in underwriting, with a strong background in risk assessment and policy development.
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in underwriting software and tools.
