**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical **MIS Coordinator - Insurance Payouts** to manage reporting and analysis related to claims and disbursement processes. The role involves close coordination with claims, finance, and IT departments to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payout operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage MIS reports related to insurance claims and payouts
- Track, analyze, and reconcile payout data across systems and stakeholders
- Ensure timely generation of reports for internal teams, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Maintain payout dashboards and KPIs for management review
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
- Support automation and improvement of payout reporting processes
- Assist in audits, compliance checks, and documentation related to disbursements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS or reporting, with specific exposure to insurance payout or claims processing
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and basic knowledge of database/query tools.
- Understanding of insurance claims/payout processes and regulatory frameworks
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in general, life, or health insurance claims MIS
- Familiarity with policy administration systems and finance software
- Knowledge of IRDAI compliance and reporting norms (for India-based roles)
