**Join Our Team as an Outreach Coordinator**

Are you passionate about empowering youth from underserved communities? Lighthouse Communities Foundation is looking for an Outreach Coordinator to mobilize and connect with young individuals in slum communities, helping them discover the transformative benefits of our programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Community Engagement**: Build strong relationships within slum communities and serve as a role model for youth and their families, clearly communicating program benefits.
- **Maximize Enrollment**: Ensure maximum youth enrollment at the center while adhering to program objectives.
- **Personal Connections**: Establish one-on-one connections with youth to encourage attendance and ongoing engagement with the Lighthouse program.
- **Home Visits**: Conduct visits to students' homes as needed to provide support and encouragement.
- **Mapping Communities**: Utilize GIS or Google Maps to effectively map households and communities.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Collaborate with government officials and various stakeholders within the Lighthouse ecosystem for timely visits and support.
- Uphold and contribute to the positive culture of Lighthouse, ensuring the center remains a safe and welcoming space.
- **Team Support**: Assist team members whenever required to foster a collaborative environment.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: MSW or a postgraduate degree in any field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in mobilization, preferably in skilling & livelihood. Worked on targets.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with GIS mapping (a plus).
- **Empathy & Commitment**: A deep commitment to youth development and growth, with the ability to handle challenging situations with confidence.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- **Willingness to Travel**: Open to travel as needed to engage with communities.

**Ready to Make a Difference?**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
