*Job Summary*

AGI Greenpac is seeking a dedicated and proactive Mobilizer to join our community engagement team. The Mobilizer will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with community members, stakeholders, and volunteers to drive participation in our initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about community service and possessing excellent communication and organizational skills.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with community members, leaders, and organizations to build trust and collaboration.
- Program Implementation: Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and activities that support community initiatives.
- Awareness Campaigns: Promote awareness and participation in community programs through effective outreach and communication strategies.
- Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and support volunteers to ensure effective participation in community activities.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Track and report on engagement metrics and the impact of mobilization efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align community activities with organizational goals.
