**Responsibilities**:
**Lifeguard Duties**:
**Supervision**:Maintain constant surveillance of swimmers in and around the pool.
Enforce pool rules and respond promptly to any emergencies.

**Prevention and Response**:Anticipate and respond to potential hazards or accidents.
Administer first aid and CPR in emergency situations.
Effectively and professionally manage water rescues and emergencies.

**Communication**:Communicate effectively with pool users regarding safety rules and regulations.
Report any incidents, accidents, or potential hazards to the appropriate authorities.

**Equipment Readiness**:Ensure all lifeguard and safety equipment is in good condition and readily available.
Conduct regular checks of rescue equipment and first aid supplies.

**Training and Certification**:Stay current on lifeguard training and certifications, including CPR and first aid.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

**Maintenance Incharge Duties**:
**Facility Inspection**:Conduct regular inspections of the swimming pool facility to identify maintenance needs.
Report and address any issues related to pool equipment, structures, or cleanliness.

**Chemical Management**:Monitor and maintain proper chemical levels in the pool.
Conduct regular water testing and adjust chemical levels as needed.

**Cleaning and Maintenance**:Oversee the cleaning of the pool area, including pool decks, changing rooms, and surrounding areas.
Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance tasks, such as pool vacuuming and skimming.

**Repairs and Upkeep**:Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with external contractors as needed.
Ensure that all pool equipment, including pumps and filtration systems, is in good working condition.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities, chemical levels, and repairs.
Provide regular reports to management regarding the condition of the pool and any maintenance needs.

**Safety Compliance**:Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations related to swimming pool operation.
Implement and enforce safety protocols for pool users and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Lifeguard certification, CPR, and first aid certification.
- Previous experience in lifeguarding and pool maintenance.
- Knowledge of pool safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of pool chemical management.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
