Job Title:
CAD Instructor

Roles and responsibilities:

- Conduct Training Sessions: Lead classroom, online, or hands-on training sessions in Creo

CAD, covering basic to advanced functionalities.
- Create Course Content: Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and quizzes to

effectively teach Creo CAD concepts.
- Support & Troubleshoot: Help students solve technical issues related to Creo CAD software

and troubleshoot any challenges during design tasks.
- Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations showcasing Creo CAD features and

capabilities to prospective clients, emphasizing how the software can meet their specific

business and technical requirements.
- Stay up to date on the latest features, updates, and enhancements within Creo CAD to ensure

accurate and current presentations during the sales process.Assist the sales team with the technical components of proposals, including system

requirements, implementation strategies, and software configurations.
- Also responsible for customer engagement addressing technical queries and concerns from

potential clients, helping them to better understand how Creo fits into their workflows.
- Act as a technical consultant, advising customers on best practices for implementing Creo in

their design, engineering, or manufacturing processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Creo CAD: Deep understanding of Creo CAD software, including 3D

modelling, parametric design, simulation, assembly modelling, and more.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field. Relevant

industry experience is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in teaching or working in a CAD-related field(4 to 5 years pf Exp) ,

preferably with a focus on mechanical engineering, product design, or manufacturing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally

with a diverse range of clients and internal teams.
- Ability to diagnose client pain points and recommend technical solutions that will help drive

their business forward.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
