**Swimming Program Management**:Develop and implement a comprehensive swimming program that aligns with the school's athletic goals.
Plan and schedule swimming practices, competitions, and other related events.

**Player Development**:Provide coaching and instruction to improve swimmers' stroke techniques, starts, turns, and overall performance.
Tailor training programs to meet the individual needs and skill levels of swimmers.

**Safety and Wellness**:Ensure a safe and healthy swimming environment.
Implement and enforce safety protocols during practices and competitions.
Collaborate with the school's athletic trainer and medical staff to address any injuries or health concerns.

**Team Building**:Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and mutual respect.
Organize team-building activities to strengthen camaraderie among swimmers.

**Game Strategy**:Develop and implement effective training strategies for competitions.
Analyze competitors and adjust training plans accordingly.
Provide guidance to swimmers during competitions to optimize performance.

**Equipment Management**:Oversee the maintenance and inventory of swimming equipment.
Ensure that all swimming equipment is in good condition and complies with safety standards.

**Communication**:Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, school administrators, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on swimmers' progress, team performance, and upcoming events.

**Skill Assessment**:Evaluate swimmers' skills and abilities to make informed decisions about training and competition participation.
Provide constructive feedback to swimmers for continuous improvement.

**Event Coordination**:Plan and coordinate swim meets, competitions, and other events.
Collaborate with other schools or organizations for inter-school competitions.

**Professional Development**:Stay informed about new coaching techniques, training methods, and rules in competitive swimming.
Attend coaching clinics, workshops, and training sessions to enhance coaching skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
