Pre-school Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Curriculum Planning & Implementation**:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for pre-primary classes (Nursery, LKG, UKG).
- Ensure alignment with school philosophy and learning objectives.
- Introduce innovative teaching methods, activities, and child-centric approaches.
- **Teacher Supervision & Training**:
- Lead and guide pre-primary teachers in classroom management, lesson planning, and child engagement.
- Conduct regular training workshops and professional development programs.
- Observe classes and provide feedback for improvement.
- **Academic Monitoring**:
- Monitor students' progress and learning outcomes through assessments and observations.
- Ensure individual learning plans for children needing special attention.
- Maintain academic records and reports.
- **Parent Interaction & Communication**:
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings and orientation sessions.
- Address parent queries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Share updates on children's progress and development milestones.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain discipline, hygiene, and safety standards across the preschool wing.
- Coordinate with school management regarding infrastructure, resources, and staff needs.
- Manage timetables, events, and activity calendars.
- **Child Welfare & Safety**:
- Ensure the emotional, social, and physical well-being of every child.
- Promote a safe and nurturing environment for learning and exploration.
- Address behavioral issues with empathy and effective strategies.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Education / Psychology.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in early childhood teaching and 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage a team and multitask effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
