Designation: Personal Butler

Qualification: Graduate/ Diploma in Hotel Management

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Roles & Responsibilities:
- To consistently provide thoughtful, caring and sincere service.
- To identify and anticipate needs and ensure personalized service is provided (proactive)
- To provide Food and Beverage Services as required
- To assist with any plans or arrangements
- To ensure that all requests from employer are made possible and are followed up on
- Provide prompt laundry service and shoe shine service, ensuring special preferences are met
- Answering the telephone and door
- Catering for the family or for dinner parties.
- Light household duties.
- Overseeing housekeeping and other staff.
- Wardrobe management and clothing care.
- Looking after household furniture and antiques
- Respect privacy and do not discuss private information with colleagues

Skill set required:
- Should have worked as Butler in a reputed 5 Star Hotel (Oberio) OR Cruise Line
- Live-in Butler
- Must be able to communicate clearly and, efficiently with team members
- Must have an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
- Knowledge of basic computers
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 50-70 pounds
- Must have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills - Must be a self-starter and be team oriented

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,218.83 per month
