Position - House Butler

Location - Juhu Mumbai

Mode of work - Full Time (24*7)

I. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests
- Making dining and other arrangements as required for the family and guests by understanding their preferences, allergies, likes, dislikes etc.
- Meet & Greet guests - and taking care of their needs
- Have a thorough understanding of all spirits and specialty foods in stock
- Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for the family.
- Run errands for family when necessary.
- Assist in planning and managing events or dinners.
- Overseeing the smooth running of hosted events, parties, and dinners.
- Performing all duties and obligations with decorum, tact, and unwavering professionalism.
- Coordinating the maintenance and preservation of the artworks, antiques, and silverware.
- Remain well-groomed at all times
- II. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
- Prior experience as a butler in either the hospitality or

catering/event planning industry or as a domestic butler
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experience as a domestic Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Ability to adapt to a fluid environment
- Commitment to a high level of customer service
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
- **III. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management with 6 to 7 years of Experience in hotel industry/Residence.
- Knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus.
