What this job involves
This role will be part of the Facilities Finance team and will assist with P2P process. Your primary responsibility will be raising PO, maintain trackers and handle vendor escalations. You will also partake in other process relating to Finance such as treasury, budget and process improvement reviews and any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Meticulous
You will assist in meticulously verifying, recording, and authorizing invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every step.
Raise PO request in Client AP process as per the requisitions from Ops team
Maintain Trackers for the POs issued (Capex and Opex) for validation and reporting
Handle vendor invoice escalations and quarterly NDCs for PO closure
Prepare monthly forecast of payments (treasury) and Accruals as per timelines
Lease Rental Payments, Tracking of Invoices against blanket / annual POs
Handle petty cash transactions and keep tracker of expenses for reporting
Monthly billing to client and track AR and AP, resolve any aged issues on timely basis
Support Finance manager in gathering base data for annual budget from site ops team
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Team player and yet able to work independently
Experience
3+ Years of experience in Finance related functions P2P (AP Process), O2C (AR Process)Graduate with good accounting knowledge (Purchase Orders, Billing, Accounts payable, Reconciliation) with good communication skills (oral and written)MS Excel - Basic to Intermediate level functions / formulas usage and Pivot Table (Summary)
