**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and file petitions, obtain paperwork for visas, review invoices, and manage case files.
- Investigate immigration issues, prepare immigration documents, and advise clients (internal) on immigration law.
- Research, draft, and revise immigration forms
- Collaborate with immigration attorneys to prepare and file required documents, communicate with clients (internal), and provide assistance during interviews and hearings.
- ⁠Conduct research and keep updated on current immigration laws and regulations.
- Manage case files and deadlines.
- Perform administrative tasks, as needed, including submission of weekly status reports.
- Keep track of case files and deadlines, must be detail-oriented and organized.

**Pre-requisites**:

- Must be well-versed in immigration law and procedures, as well as cultural issues that may affect clients (internal).
- Must possess excellent communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
- Must be dedicated to assisting their clients (internal) in navigating the frequently complex immigration process.
- Prior experience in immigration processes in USA and Canada, knowledge of similar processes in UK / Europe will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
