Our boutique firm specializes in employment-based immigration law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to draft, review and edit a high volume of NIV/IV cases with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B.
  • The ideal candidate will manage a complex caseload, prioritize tasks, and showcase strategic acumen in case assignments.
  • Effective communication with clients is crucial throughout the visa process.
  • Reporting to legal teams and managers regarding case progression and status is essential.
  • Liaising with governmental organizations such as USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor is required.
  • Supporting lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations and submission deadlines is a key responsibility.
  • Identifying and rectifying delays in the process while maintaining appropriate records and case tracking is necessary.
  • Preparing and coordinating document production and responses to RFEs is a critical task.

The successful candidate will have at least three years of immigration experience with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is an asset.
