**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and storyboard video ideas that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to edit footage, add animations, graphics, and visual effects, and enhance overall video quality.
- Specialize in creating attention-grabbing social media reels, short-form videos, and promotional content that drives engagement and increases brand visibility.
- Ensure consistency in branding, style, and messaging across all video content, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media video editing, incorporating new techniques and technologies into our content strategy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize video content for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Provide creative input and ideas for improving video content strategy and execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing, with a focus on social media content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a strong understanding of video editing techniques, visual effects, and motion graphics.
- Excellent creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate concepts into engaging and shareable video content.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in social media and video editing.
- Demonstrated experience in creating successful social media reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
