**Job Title**: US Voice Process - Customer Support (Fresher)

**Location**: Bhayandar, Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹16,000 - ₹32,000/month (Based on experience & interview performance)

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated freshers for the US Voice Process (Customer Support) position in our Mumbai office. As part of the US Voice Process team, you will provide high-quality customer service, support, and assistance to clients from the United States, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving queries effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kick-start their career in the customer service industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide effective solutions to client queries.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow communication protocols to address customer needs and concerns.
- Document customer interactions in the system and maintain proper records.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Meet performance goals and targets set by the company.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Grade or equivalent; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Personality**: Strong interpersonal skills, confident, and customer-focused.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and empathy.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- A keen interest in providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in a customer service role or voice process (internships or part-time roles) is a plus, but not required.
