**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused **Store Sales Executive** to join our jewelry retail team. You will be the face of the brand, assisting customers with product selection, sharing knowledge of designs and collections, and ensuring a delightful in-store shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and understand their preferences and requirements.
- Showcase jewelry pieces and explain details like metal purity, gemstone quality, pricing, and craftsmanship.
- Drive sales by recommending suitable options and closing sales with confidence.
- Handle billing, exchanges, and product inquiries smoothly and professionally.
- Maintain displays, ensure cleanliness of counters, and keep the showroom well-presented.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Meet daily/monthly sales targets and report to the Store Manager.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 12th pass or graduate in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales (jewelry Sector)
- Good communication skills in Tamil, English (Hindi is a plus).
- Polite, enthusiastic, and customer-first attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong product knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewelry.
- Experience handling high-value sales and walk-in customers.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs.
- Team player with good grooming and interpersonal skills.
