**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:_
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Confidently explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Address customer queries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- **Sales Conversion**:_
- Use effective marketing techniques and sales strategies to convert inquiries into purchases.
- Aim to achieve high-value sales and encourage repeat business.
- Build strong customer relationships for long-term engagement.
- **Product Knowledge**:_
- Learn about all products in detail, including specifications, advantages, and pricing.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, trending products, and promotional offers.
- Confidently recommend suitable products based on customer preferences.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:_
- Implement creative sales tricks and marketing methods to attract customers.
- Promote special offers, discounts, and loyalty programs effectively.
- Assist in creating in-store displays and layouts to maximize product visibility.
- **Communication & Negotiation**:_
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English to engage customers.
- Persuade and negotiate with customers to close sales.
- Handle customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- **Professional Conduct**:_
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
- Focus on achieving sales targets and supporting the team.
- Avoid unproductive behavior such as unnecessary gossiping or idling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored product recommendations.
- Ensure store shelves are well-stocked, and organized.
- Manage basic inventory tasks, including restocking and arranging products.
- Assist with sales promotions and in-store marketing initiatives.

**Job Requirements**
- **Education**: Any UG or PG degree.
- **Marital Status**: Single (Non-Married).
- **Gender**: Female Only.
- **Job Timings**:

- **Morning**: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM
- **Afternoon Break**: 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM (you can stay at home for lunch).
- **Evening**: 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM
- **Salary**: ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 (based on experience and performance).
- **Location**: Must be able to commute to the store in Kelambakkam, Chennai.
