**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain relationships with distributors, serving as the primary point of contact for all distributor-related matters.
- Address and resolve distributor inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to distributors.
- Analyze distributor performance metrics and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance distributor engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with distributors to discuss performance, feedback, and business opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of distributor programs and incentives to drive sales and performance.
- Prepare and present reports on distributor performance and relationship management to senior management.

**Additional Qualification and Skills**:

- Proven experience in distributor management, sales support, or a similar role, preferably in a sales or business environment.
- Strong understanding of distributor relations and sales channel management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and performance analysis tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
