**eCommerce Order Processing cum Multi-Tasking Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**:_
- Manage the daily processing of online orders, including order verification, packaging, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, adhering to the company’s quality standards.
- Handle returns and exchanges, ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- **Packing**:_
- Carefully pack orders to ensure products are protected during transit.
- Use appropriate packing materials and techniques to minimize damage risk.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and any special instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area to improve efficiency.
- Operate and maintain a stitching machine for secure packaging.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and update stock status on the eCommerce platform.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
- **Customer Service**:_
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- **Field Operations**:_
- Assist with the delivery of orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Perform field tasks such as pick-up of goods, quality checks, and delivery coordination.
- Maintain good relationships with delivery partners and logistics providers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Science, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in supply chain management, quality control, and logistics, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and quality management principles.
- Experience with cold chain logistics and managing perishable goods.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
